How long does it take
Every order is printed on demand. The printer usually picks up the order within 2 business days. After that, it goes via DHL or PostNL to your door. Expect:
- NL: 5 to 8 business days after order
- BE / DE: 6 to 10 business days
- Rest of EU: 8 to 14 business days
No rush option. Those in a hurry can buy something from stock from someone else.

Doesn't fit
We print on demand, so returns because you didn't like it after all are only possible within 14 days of receipt, and only if the shirt is still unworn and unwashed. Size errors can be exchanged within the same period, provided that the other size-shirt can still be slotted into production.
First send an email to hallo@bokkig.nl with your order number before returning anything. Otherwise, we don't know who is doing what.
Something broken or arrived faulty
Then email within 7 days with a photo to hallo@bokkig.nl. We will send a new shirt without hassle. You do not need to return the old shirt, unless we specifically ask for it.
VAT and invoices
Until KvK registration, Bokkig operates as a small entrepreneur without VAT on the invoice. From the moment we are above the threshold and the KvK registration is complete, VAT will be added. Business purchases can then be made with an invoice in your name.
